How affiliate links are marked

Affiliate links carry a rel="sponsored" attribute, and every commercial article shows a visible disclosure above the content. Commercial articles — buyer’s guides and product comparisons — exist alongside our editorial content, never disguised as it.

Which categories earn commission

Mattresses and bedding, sleep wearables and trackers, light-therapy devices, evidence-supported supplements (within the limits in our content — we never push high-dose melatonin), and select sleep apps and telehealth services.

Networks we participate in

Amazon Associates (US, Canada, UK, Australia), Impact, ShareASale, and CJ, plus direct partnerships with brands such as Oura, Whoop, and Sleepio. This list changes as programs are added or removed.

Our independence

Commissions do not decide our coverage. We recommend on editorial merit, not commission size. We will tell you when an affiliated product is wrong for your case, and when a non-affiliated option is the better choice. If a product does not earn us anything, that has no bearing on whether we recommend it.
